Check hosta Half and Half, the young plants sort of look like that.

i would dig it up.. and separate it immediately ... what ever it is ...

Vulcan reverting to Captain Kirk? It takes a few days for the centers to lighten for Captain Kirk. At first, I thought my Vulcan had reverted all the day to Fortunei Hyacinthina.

It could be Vulcan! That hosta has been on my mind. I hastily planted last fall unknown to me was a several masses of "naked ladies." The lilies came up first and hid the hosta. I could see the white of the hosta thankfully.

That does not look like Vulcan to me.....the leaves seem a bit twisty for that. Check out the leaf picture of Vulcan in the HL. Shape seems different.....more elongated. Here’s mine from summer.
