You didn't say what stage you are at i.e. whether you have a good worm bin already established. To start, would suggest almost all of your bin would be bedding: a thicker layer of e.g. cardboard at bottom to soak up moisture, shredded stuff for the rest of it. Wet it a bit, add some food and let it sit to let it become worm-friendly. Add the worms later.

Once the bin is 'stable', you'll mostly be adding food by burying it. Easiest way to do that is with a thick layer of bedding on top - pull some of the bedding aside, add the food/scraps, put the layer of bedding back. On an ongoing basis, you'll mostly be adding bedding on top as a sort of buffer layer for moisture, bugs, and a comfort zone for the worms.

But exerpiment and see what works for you.

Add bedding. Note, compost worms aren't really 'earth' worms, they're more like 'rotting stuff and manure and top couple inches of surface matter' worms. This may include some soil, but more organic matter at or near the surface. The technical term is epigeic, meaning basically 'at the surface.'

But for your purposes fine if there's some soil in there. Add some slightly damp bedding on top, mix a bit of the soil already in there lightly through the bedding to spread around the organisms and earthy stuff so they feel at home.

Then main thing: wait. From your other posts it sounds like your set-up is new. The worms will slowly get used to it and 'redecorate' (environment wise) by moving around and spreading their own smells and bacteria etc.

Do not add much food yet! They can last a pretty long time without food, they won't starve. Too much food is bad. You'll notice when they start to consume the food and multiply. Just go slowly at first.

Is three pieces of banana peel to much for like four or five worms.

Make sure you have the bedding moistened if the bin is relatively new.
