Bamboo as privacy screening in Oklahoma

I am looking for ideas for screening in our backyard. I have a vinyl fence that runs along the back yard and looking for ideas to plant in front to block all the highline wires and streets because they cut down all the trees. Looking for what species of bamboo would work and if need containers. Thanks
