I recently purchased some pine bark fines for making 5-1-1 but it looks extremely fine. I have included some picture below for reference. I'm wondering if anything can be done with this? I was thinking of sifting this extensively and then adding 2 parts perlite, and foregoing the sphagnum peat moss. Any advice is much appreciate.
