I had blooms and fruit on my tree for 2 or 3 years before a fruit stuck. There were baby pawpaws, but they dropped off. Either the tree was too young or the flowers were not pollinated. Post again when the fruit get as big as your thumb. I have also read that the male and female parts of the flowers are not ready at the same time on the same tree.

Gary, I had read the same; but there is something else at work here. The blooms mature over a long period in which some are just opening as others are starting to fall off. My tree has produced fruit before from hand pollination from the blooms of my Susquehanna. Also, last year my Susquehanna did not bloom and I was surprised by 6 fruits setting on my Shenandoah. But so far this year there appear to be more than 20 fruit. The fruit are about 1/4 inch long; when they are about 2 inches, I will post a photo.
