Lighten tudor home

I'd like to lighten my home. I was thinking of painting the garage doors and window frames. Any color suggestions? The stucco has a beige look up close.

Traditionally Tudor homes tend toward dark with a lot of contrast between the the different materials especially between the half timbering, stucco (or wattle and daub) and masonry. That being said there are some lovely examples of Tudor homes with a lightened look as per below:

BTW I very seldom get to use this term but the clipped gables on your home are referred to as "jerkinhead". Just wanted to throw that in there. Good luck!

Thank you Norwood Architects!! I'm so glad to finally know the proper term for the clipper gables. I always just called them "gingerbread" 😆. That gray tudor is beautiful!

Hi, just wanted to share some pictures of our paint color choices. We're almost done and we're in love with the color choices! The body is a standard white and the patio doors and garage doors are SW Urban Bronze. I used a lime wash for the brick on the porch. It made such a difference but kept the lines of the house!
