After being on the phone for an hour and refusing to do a hard boot to my entire phone (which removes all your phone data and makes your phone like it came out of the box, resetting everything), Verizon put me in contact with a consumer satisfaction person who had me go to the google chrome app, hit the 'manage storage' button, then hit 'Clear all data' button.

I had to log back in to Houzz and put my bookmark back on my home screen but everything works like it should. :-)
