a plaque of some kind would top off the TV.. and kinda give an impression of an entertainment center.
This one would accent the arch in your wall..

Maybe less shelves.. tier them and move them to the right and not above the TV.. like stairs .. Paint them white or gray..

It's a large wall and it can handle large collections of mirrors and art.
I thought this example showed clever use of picture ledges on the high stairwell walls.

I also like the punch of colour to the room in the red/orange table lamp. The rule of thumb is to repeat in threes. So add on more colour hits around the room (the red bird on small mantle is a little lost). perhaps repeat the red in a piece of art on the wall?

Try a credenza all the way across that end of the room, then hang TV and large art. You could try stacking the mirrors vertically on the FP wall. For the TV/art/credenza wall add an accent color - maybe that red color from your lamp.

Your shelves are too symmetrical and your objects are too small and too far apart. Try massing your shelves to balance the mirrors on the other side and use bigger pictures and objects to give more weight and interest.
