My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Goodies to watch

Well, after a long illness, which is continuing, I am a bit weak and wobbly. I have been taking a few photos of the garden this year. I will sort them out soon.

In the meantime, take a look at some U.K. gardens. There is a National Garden Scheme in the U.K. in which private gardens are opened to visitors and the proceeds are donated to a number of caring and nursing organisations. This year, as none can open at present, some of them have been making short videos of their gardens instead. I have been viewing them and there are some absolute gems there.
