Oh dear. "Not going great" is a bit of an understatement. I think death has already struck. If you remove it from the pot do you see any living roots? Overwatering is the commonest culprit.

If the roots are not rotted, you could water it well (letting it drain), put a baggie over it, and hope it makes it.

If the roots are gone and the stems are still viable, you can start it over with stem cuttings (cut away any rot or dead tissue). Make sure you have at least a promising node as this is where the new growth will come from.

Does the pot it is in have any drain holes?

Pls do yourself a favor, toss this & buy a new one. This is circling the drain & extremely unlikely to recover; it's 9/10th dead already (sorry, but true).

I'd save the very nice pot & toss the rest. This pot is best used as the outer, decorative pot around an ordinary plastic nursery pot.

If you fill your sink with about half an inch of water, place your plant in there (make sure the pot has drainage holes), and see if that helps. I had many plants that were very unwell and I wasn't sure if they were dehydrated or over watered. I've read that if you water them by pouring water onto their tops this can actually drown them, as they're just being covered in water rather than absorbing the water. This kinda leaves them dehydrated but also drowned simultaneously. Also make sure you don't water that often. I water mine every 2-3 weeks, depending on the plant, and depending on how green the leaves are/ how floppy the stems seem. Hope this helps!
