Oh dear. Could be virus disease What was the source of the canes?

I got them from tractor supply and the first year they looked good. But the last two years they look like they are in rough shape. I thought maybe it was a root issue so I moved them to my raised beds in 5-1-1 to see if they bounce back. Should I just destroy them?

Yes. Virus disease is insect vectored and there's no cure. I've never experienced so you'd better do some research as to whether you can replant in the same bed. I asked about the source because sometimes it comes with pass along canes.

Did you apply any weed killer near by it? In the past my neighbor's weed killer leached into my beds and the plants looked like that. You might also want to checking your soil chemistry.

No - I pulled them and transplanted into 5-1-1 added fertilizer and epsom salt. It looks like one is recovering.
