kitchen cabinet dilemma.. help!

My husband & I moved into a house that had a lot of bad & deep scratches on the cypress wood. So we sanded it down to get the clear coat off & the scratches out then put a clear coat back on.
This is what we ate left with.
Any suggestions? How do we fix this?
