My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The pendant lights above the island are the Fulton Large Pendant, by Circa Lighting and the sconces are Schoolhouse Electric #114693 with a 12" shade.

      I love the look of this but not sure I want grey / green for cabinets ... anyway you could suggest something that isn't white but more neutral that would work great with the concrete island / countertops ?
