we're building a house on a lot with impervious area limit. I want to allow room for a future pool while also maximizing the square footage of our house. so I'm wondering how much I need to leave for the pool. in my area the water area if the pool is considered pervious, so we're really talking about the pool deck. anyone have experience with pervious pool decking? even if I have a "pervious" pool deck do I still need to plan for some of it be considered "impervious"? Thanks in advance for any ideas.
