My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How long should pool renovation take?

We signed our contract April 20. So now after 4 weeks we should get permit back. I was originally told 4 to 5 weeks. We are now being told it will be 8 to 10 weeks beginning mid June! Here goes the whole summer! I am beyond upset. We are doing a pebble sheen finish, adding a sun-shelf, salt system, new color logic led light, and having marble pavers installed. Does this sound typical?

What is a reasonable time frame for this scope of work?
