I've never heard of a refrigerator vibrating before. If it's a new building, presumably the refrigerator is new also and under warranty.

I suggest contacting your landlord regarding this.

Fridges hum (aka vibrate...noise is a vibration) when the compressors turn on. If the fridge is poorly balanced or it is sitting up against something (ie. not the proper clearance required by the manufacturer) the vibration can translate to other areas.

There appears to be two different flooring products in the photo of the kitchen. Can you feel the vibration on BOTH floors or just the one?

Respectfully, I don't think the problem is with the fridge.

Noise is one thing. But regardless of the flooring or whether it’s been leveled properly, I have a hard time reconciling vibrations felt from that great a distance, with “there is nothing wrong with it.”

I once sat at a table in a restaurant that was on the opposite side of the wall where they had a commercial refrigerator. The vibration was really unsettling and honestly made me feel kind of sick. (You could see little ripples in my water glass.) They let us switch tables and I didn't feel the vibrations. Just saying that the vibes from a refrigerator can be real, and can perhaps bother some of us more than others.

Remove whatever you stuck between the refrigerator and the left-hand wall, center the refrigerator in its opening, make sure it's not touching the back wall or the cabinet above, and make sure its level. You want to isolate it from everything except the floor (of course, if you could levitate it, the vibration would most certainly be reduced).
