Is this soil okay for Above Ground pool?

I had someone level a space for our new above ground pool. He used top soil that has some little rocks and mulch in it. We're going to put a heavy duty tarp on it and than the ground cover that the Intex pool came with. Do you think that will be ok? Thx!
