What kind of floors are these? Are they hardwood or engineered hardwood? What color of stain if any?

These floors are true 3/4" sand and stain on site. They are Hickory/Pecan with a medium honey stain.

They look great and will hold up well. Hickory/Pecan is a very hard and durable wood.
