Is this the broccoli?

I know it's tiny, but I am so excited! This is the first time I did winter protection. After I removed winter protection and moved her to a more sunny spot, we had some cold spells. She looked like dead for several days. Should I feed her more blood meal/bone meal?? I really want to pamper her!
