Love the lights!

Is a one light fixture enough to put above each mirror on a 72 inch double sink vanity ? I love the simplicity of one light fixture! Thank you for your time!

I think so, but it depends a lot on the fixture you choose; in other words, its proportions to vanity, the amount of light it casts, how it casts the light, its projection from the wall, the reflective surfaces around, etc. I hope that helps. Best of luck to you! Leigha
