.Definitely needs a much larger window, similar in size to the one of the left side of the house.

In the blueprint, the columns hold up the roof of the front area. You need to build out the recessed columns - they will now be like a small wall. Cover the stone at the base of the other columns with the same wood so it all matches. A larger window will help too.

I would get a larger window in an interesting shape and trim out the facade to mimic the drawing details.
