For some weird reason my carrot, beet, radish and lettuce seeds aren't germinating. its been 4 weeks and only some lettuce, radish have come up. but nothing else. most seeds are new and a few only 2 years at the most. Never had a problem before. Anyone else have this? I'm in zone 7a BC Canada.
