My tulip tree has been in the ground about two years. This spring it started to get leaves but I noticed after a couple of freezes the amall leaves turned brown. There is no sign of buds or the leaves coming back. Most of the branches are pliable, but two branches broke. It does get a lot of rain in the spring. Any ideas what it could be and what it needs?
