Paint Design Dilemma Exterior

Cedar siding paint color

Hi! Need help figuring out exterior paint color for cedar siding. I mostly care about the front of the house And it “working” with the brick. We have shutters that we can add and paint too. Does the house need shutters? Please advise. We do not have much shade either.

IMO there is no space for proper sized shutters and I happen to like the clean look of no shutters especially when windows have grids it is IMO just too busy.As for the siding I would choose a color from the brick to blend in and IMO a wood garage door and front door and portico would be much nicer that the stark white . This combo I love but usually the brick is a bit redder

A medium to dark taupe on the siding would pick up some of the darker tones in the brick and roof. I would also paint the front door a different color so that it becomes a focal point.
