I have two areas of dry wall that need to be fixed after two separate leaks in my new condo- a portion of the wall above my den and the ceiling above a window. My builder has advised me that this will take 10 additional business days (9:30am - 3:30pm) to repair and after a lot of insistence on my part, they provided me with a written "action plan". Could anyone take a look and let me know if you think this plan sounds like an appropriate course of action and a reasonable time frame?

• The leak itself has been resolved
• They have already been in 2 days for demolition and to install the new sheetrock
