Hello All,

My husband and I are in the beginning phases of building a home and I would like to get some opinions on how I should layout the kitchen without the commercial appliances that the home plan currently calls for. I have attached the floor-plan that we are planning on using. It is a mashed up floor-plan based off of these two plans by the same designer:

I like the look of the large commercial appliances but neither my husband or I are cook so they aren't needed. The appliances I would prefer are a standard sized fridge, a cook-top stove, a combination microwave and wall oven, and a large sink and dishwasher.

Any suggestions on the kitchen layout or any other aspect of the home design would be much appreciated.
