I don't know what this is, doesn't look like sunburn. Is there as drainage problem? Is that your own mix?

Where'd you buy it? If another leaf goes bad, I'd return it to the Seller & ask for a refund.

I received my plant in that mix. It was from a leaf cutting. I checked it for pest or anything and I don’t see anything.

Pardon me, what was from a leaf cutting? The soil or the Hoya? You mean from a stem cutting? 'Cause Hoyas don't generally grow from leaf cuttings.

Yes a Stem cutting sorry. No it was always under the porch roof never direct sunlight.
