Advice after woodchuck destruction

So I had a woodchuck completely destroy a good part of my garden -- ate two cucumber plants down to the stems, and also did the same to 1 whole bean tower and 1/3 of another one. Stripped them all of leaves (again, the stems are still there). It's amazing how quickly it happened.

Finally caught and relocated the woodchuck today.

And so this is what I'm wondering: do you think I need to just pull up and replant, or will the leaves regrow on the beans and cucumbers and I'll get fruit again? Would love any advice on this.
