I have a row of tomatoes planted about 3 feet from each other. Every other one in the row is doing well. This one the leaves look narrow and have curled. Some of them have turned black almost looking like they dried up. Im not sure if its a watering issue. I water it the same as the rest of the tomatoes or if its a disease/pest issue.

There is a radish next to it that I am going to pull out in a week.

I have been spraying with neem oil and Daconil.
