Could use some help deciding on window coverings for our 8 front facing windows. They are large windows that face west. One set of windows is in a bedroom, one is the front/formal living room, and the other pair of windows is in the dining room.

The house was built in 1986. We don't have the money at the moment to paint/get rid of the wood paneling, but would like to do that and change from carpet to hardwood.

The dining room is a small enclosed space

The formal living room is not that large either, and FYI a living room window cracked the day after closing so they will now have the same look as the other windows (black lines)

The bedroom is a kids' room
