I would recommend tile in a neutral color with a minimum of matching grout lines. Save your personal preferences for your forever home. 100’s of house tours have left me feeling ugh because the owner thought their unique style would be atrractive to many.

Thanks Valinta! When I say personal style I mean non-builder grade aka not standard. I like simplicity with a purpose and normally design based on the neighborhood etc.. I buy these homes with the end buyer in mind and put personal touches on everything to set us apart.

Maybe you could do a light blue or mint tile. That wouldn't be too opposing, but it could work with either light or dark surfaces

Do you have to stay with the tub? Could you go with walk-in shower instead with maybe a pedestal sink with cabinets above to accommodate more space for the plumbing fixtures. I would go light for wall colors and to add interest to the bath maybe blend an array of tile shapes and textures. Go with a stark subway tile contrast, black hexagon mosaic tiles would work beautifully. The inexpensive tiles create a bold geometric statement on a budget.

haha I always post for fun but I design and do all the work myself. I like to get other thoughts but noticed people don't use this app much anymore lol. I got all tile from floor and decor. I'll get you names shortly. Thanks!
