[PLEASE HELP] why my new planted azalea leaves turned black?

I ordered 26 azaleas online and they arrived with fine condition , but some bushes have black spot on leaves as the second attached picture. I manually removed most of the infected leaves before I planted them. However, two days after, I found some leaves turned black (as the first attached picture). It’s not the same as black spot, it’s more like the whole or half leaf turned black, and it’s usually on the old leaves.

The sun exposure varies among those azaleas, some of them are exposed to 3 afternoon full sun. I am in 9b where the after noon soon can be very hot. I selected the encore azalea because there claimed it’s more full sun tolerant.

Can someone help me identify what happened? Will really appreciate!
