Hello Houzzers,
I need suggestions. My two story condo is built on cement slab. Last year I had to rip out the original carpet (from the mid 80's) and the Lino due to mold. I have done nothing with the cement since then. This summer has been profoundly humid in Maine and I once again have mold. What would be the best flooring option to help alleviate this? I would love to sand, stain & seal, but after this summer not sure it's the best option.
