My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I sent a message on Sunday regarding my basin which cracked with the back of the basin coming apart. Please let me know how I can receive a replace. The basin cracked and fell apart there was no impact to cause this. The sink made a cracking sound during hand washing.
