My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi,
We’re designing a three seasons room and love your design. Could you provide more pics?

Thanks.

Hi, I don't have a ton more pics. The paint is SW Dorian Gray (next darkest to Repose but since there were so many windows I could go darker). The flooring is from Floor and Decor.

I purchased the windows and Dutch door at a local surplus building supply auction. The gas fireplace we moved from another part of our house to this part. It was an existing screened in porch that we essentially traded the screens for windows and finished everything else.

Found some old pics. Btw I don't have many more new photos bc I have moved. The photo with the table is what it looked like before. The photo with the ceiling shows the temporary door while they were finishing it off before they could open it into the main house (kitchen).

Gorgeous renovation!! Do you happen to remember what the size of the windows were?
