i would try to get one going ...leaving the other until i had success ...

then i would take the other..

then i would take the stems.. cut them into 3 inch pieces ... and let them dry.. and then start those ...

and then. i would eventually be giving them away to unsuspecting peeps who knocked on my door.. lol ... or other relatives who might enjoy the inheritance ...

the memory will be so much more pleasant with a pretty reinvigorated plant ...

btw .. it will probably do great in fresh new media .. as the media in that pot looks extremely old ... it might be part of the problem as to why its not performing with gusto ...

but i wouldnt repot it ... its going out the door soon enough ...
