It doesn't really read "Tuscan" to me -- just - brown. Since you're looking to sell, I would not put Sea Salt on the walls, but would either keep the current wall color or paint with a very light neutral similar to what's already there (if, in fact, the room needs painting - but from what I can tell, the walls are in good condition). I might consider, instead, adding color in the form of a more interesting shower curtain that brought in a bit more of the green and hanging a nice piece of art on the wall. As a prospective buyer, I would rather see a very neutral bathroom that I could put my own stamp on. Mostly, I'd want to see clean, clean, clean bathrooms in good working condition -- and yours certainly appears to be.

I totally agree with Ida. Your bathroom looks very nice, and I suspect any buyer will be very happy with it, and thankful that they do not have to make any “ hurry-up changes”. Add some art to the walls and move on to something more pressing. We just saved you a lot of money! 🤗

It doesn't read Tuscan to me either, just warmer colors vs the cooler colors we've seen in the last few years. When you're ready to sell, clear out all of the stuff. Everything but a fabric shower curtain and towels. Maybe put a small plant or vase with flowers on the countertop if you want to add some freshness. I don't think you need to repaint since the color on the wall seems to be working well and is quite neutral.
