What color is your trim? I really like white with wood tone accents with terracotta but your lighting issue is tough. White can look dingy in a room with little natural light. Can you share a picture?

Thanks for the reply deegw. The trim is white, although the door is stained. You can see a little bit of the door in one of the pictures I've attached.

I think white would look good. You might have to play with the bulbs and undertones to get the right shade. I would consider changing out the faucet as well. The floor and mirror are more rustic, the faucet is traditional and formal.

Thanks. So do you think instead of trying to make it more traditional, which would be hard with that floor, I should just embrace the rustic look? There are so many different whites out there, is there a particular undertone you think I should be looking for in a white paint?

You definitely want a warm white ‘tone’ - not as bright white as your trim. Sherwin Williams Downy might work. Then consider a mirror that is simplified in style with maybe a light natural wood to pick up the tumbled marble tones.
