I've never heard of those. The whites I recommend are Arctic Lace, Boundless Beauty, and Queen of Narnia.

I can vouch for Boundless Beauty . It is spectacular. Arctic Elegance looks to have a pinkish tinge.

Boundless Beauty looks great--how vigorous of a plant... How would it compare to Joan Senior or So Lovely (I'm growing those currently and several I don't know their varieties).

The whitest whites in my garden are Heavenly Snow White, which is a true white, and Winter's Treasure.

I've decided to go in a different direction, a mass planting along the front walkway of simple and understated. I think I'm going to order 20-30 fans of 'Lullaby Baby'. Until I can make time to really plan an update to the overall landscape, these will be impactful for a while and versatile enough to be moved elsewhere if necessary.

In the future (3-5 years away) we will re-do the front walkway, in the meantime these will enhance the path nicely. I like cream, near-white, pale yellow, pale pink for our overall spring/summer palette of color. The yard already has a lot of purple-leaved plants (smoke tree, Chinese fringe-flower, and some old and sickly ornamental plums I want to remove).
