Love seeing Zuzu in that beautiful setting! Sounds like Jurassic Pink is a good one, so many pretty ruffly daylilies seem to be short, at least most that I have. My favorite may be I'm gonna Love You Through It

Zuzu’s got the best seat in the house! I think my eye catcher today is Pink Aloha, I adore the true pink daylilies. What a great gift you received, hope you get some nice babies from it. Midnight Castle is lovely too, such a nice deep purple and a great white edge to boot.

You beat me to it posting Pink Aloha. I had my first good bloom today but didn't have time to post it. I still adore it and from your pictures most people can see why. ........Jurassic Pink is a beauty. I think Nan had that a few years back when it was brand new. Jurrasic Pink is gorgeous. 40 inch scapes is super tall. Nice garden pic with Zuzu.

Sherry and Julia - The first blooms on Jurassic Pink were very splotchy. But my primary goal in growing it is not the pretty blooms. It's the genetics. It's already set a couple of pods from my 8-inch seedling, Dancing Flamingo X Bubblegum Delicious, and note the pollen on the pistil. My Michigan friend, who grows it successfully there, was incredibly thoughtful to gift me with several fans.

I love the pinks--Pink Aloha, I'm Gonna Love You Through It, and Manny Augustine (which I consider rose pink). Jurassic Pink is a nice flower. We grew it but it didn't flourish for us so we sent it south as a part of downsizing effort.

Hoosier Nan - Yes, Maney Augustine is a rose pink bitone. It's too bad Jurassic Pink didn;t flourish in your climate. I don't know how long I'll keep it, since it seems to be a splotcher.
