Plaster Wall Glazing

My house was built in 1928 and I have plaster walls . The previous owner painted over wallpaper and by accident I pulled some paint of the wall and I had to take all the painted wall paper off the wall. Well I love the aged distressed look of the wall. But I want to add more aging with a glaze. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it?
