A semi flush or flush fixture in a finish that works with your hardware and plumbing. . Which is WHAT?? Can't really tell from your photo. Nor can we discern the overall feel in the bathroom. A few more pics, and a close up of hardware would help.

You must have code clearance from bottom of light, to tub top edge.

The National Electric Code (NEC) from 2011 requires that any part of a light fixture, including crystals dangling from chandeliers, must be a minimum of 8 feet above the highest portion of a tub's walls. This no-chandelier zone extends out horizontally 3 feet around the tub rim

There are some silvery finishes, with some style. It's a limited area, overloaded with drum shades. You don't appear to have a lot of height. Measure.......because no licensed electrician will break with code for an install. That much I can tell you. That's why a lot of these.........become a recessed light : )

Some very slim sconces either side of the middle window might be a better idea. and get a recessed for over the tub. Otherwise, measure for flush.

That is why a couple sconces.................might give you the most style and be up to code as well.

That dangly light doesn't look it meets the codes posted above. We have high ceilings, but even so, we were only able to put in a flush-mounted fixture. 20" high tub + 96" clearance = 116". If you have 10' ceilings, that only give you 4" for a light. If you have 10.5' or taller ceilings you could put something that is semi-flush or hangs down a little bit.

This light is 4" tall, so maybe look for something that is pretty, but still meets code.

Is that a recessed light right next to where you're looking to put another light? If you prefer a dangling statement piece that looks like the chandelier you're not allowed to hang in this spot, perhaps you could do some sort of hanging capiz shell sculpture, a mobile or something else non-electric here.
