There's not an app yet been invented that can ID plants as accurately and as rapidly as can be done by the folks on the Name That Plant forum!! And it doesn't matter if it is a weed or not.....if it's growing someone will be able to ID it.

The plant in question looks like chamberitters, Phyllanthus urinaria.

Phyllanthus urinaria, as the others stated. Just out of curiosity I wonder what the app says it is? We’ve seen some weird and wonderful misidentifications from apps posted on NTP.

Something I learned from my ex-husband: Keep cutting back any growth. Eventually, the plant is unable to feed itseof through photosynthesis and will die off. You have to be diligent but it does work.

My app says Chamber bitter, Phyilanthus urinaria. I use "PictureThis."
