What are the outside of the windows going to look like? To be honest, black windows in a masonry wall will probably be more visually stark than will the white ones.

As long as they are on the back and side, shouldn't be an issue.

Thank you for your responses. The house is aluminum siding and its a light beige. I've attached photos....the front door will be black as well as it was just installed 2 days ago.

I’m really having a hard time picturing black windows on this house. But maybe I’m not imaginative enough :)

If it were me, I would get black strips of paper and set them over the window frames to help visualize the change. Will the windows have muntins? What year was your house built?

A cottage-style landscaping plan would make people stop in their tracks when they saw your home.

I also think the black would be too modern for your home.

Can you reconsider the color.
