Replacement spool problems?

I have a SUN JOE GTS4002C tool set. The trimmer has a single spool that cuts the line off about every 30 seconds right at the exit hole. I can't find the single spools anywhere. Is SUN JOE having an issue with the trimmer? They said they were going to send me a new head & spool to get me up & running. Well that was many emails & 3 wks ago. Does anyone know what is going on??
