Paint Design Dilemma Dining Room

Paint ??? Wainscote or accent wall Dining room

Does anyone ever put the dark color (a medium blue) on the bottom half of wainscoting with the top white? Open concept DR, LR, Kitchen. Medium house that people live in. Lots of natural wood, including fabulous natural acacia floor (clearly I am in love!) Thank you.

This is done. Google it and you will find images. Not my personal preference but if you want to do it, go for it.

I agree with anj. Trims, molding etc are usually done in a white. I look at wainscoting in the same vein.

That said, it’s your house.....
