Spped Queen Help.

I just got a new speed queen TC5. Can anyone give me pointers. Do you always use the deep fill button? Do you always use the extra rinse? I know not to use ECO. Whole reason I got it was for to avoid the restrictions. I just wasn't sure if not using eco equals more water or only with the deep fill button.
