Loos very nice, guygroound. Is this Penny Mac or Mini Penny? I would guess "the regular one" but I am not good at gauging lengths in pictures... Thanks for sharing!.

Beautiful! Do you winter protect it? I have to winter protect mine to have 1/4 of those blooms. :(

Very nice. Can't believe mine is just starting to bloom in Atlanta.

Just checking... You must be referring to the second flush of blooms, right? When you said it is now starting to bloom in Atlanta?

Hi Luis_Pr,

Nope, first flush. All the other macs are in full bloom except Blushing Bride and Penny Mac this year.

Penny Mac June 19, 2019 and in full bloom.

June 15, 2020 and first bloom. There are many more coming on (as you say the broccoli stage). We have had a really weird June this year - cooler than normal temps (mid 50's for a week, then up to low 60's for our lows). I think we've had one day so far that has hit 90 and several days in the high 80's which is nice but not normal.

I even found a photo of Penny on June 6 last year as a background scene.

Wow! Quite different from the other mopheads here.

Beautiful. I have a couple of these. No blooms on one. I think it needs a bit more sun.
