Morning Sky-do you remember I posted this one as a “loser”? And it still is in my book due to plant habit. The buds droop before blooming. No joke-I was on my knees to get this photo looking up!

Could this be Blackberry Candy? It has bloomed like crazy

I wanted to post this shot of Women Seeking Men- so hard to capture true color on it but all these blooms are in one clump! I think Mantis always talked about the vigor of this plant and it truly is!

And this lovely has started blooming!

Hakuna Matata caught my eye today, love it! Aaah, Tall Dark Stanger, love seeing yours, mine has scapes!! That double lily is pretty!

It will not surprise you that I liked morning sky. My kind of bloom. Hopefully it will do better as it gets older. I really like Hakuna Makata.: lovely color.I still like Blackberry dragon quite well, but not sure yet about Creature of the Night. Time will tell.

You will like Hakuna Matata I think. Although i only got mine last year. it started as 2 fans, there are 5 this spring. Only 3 scapes, but I think it should look nice next year. Last year it had quite a few buds, and all looked nice. More buds this year, no blooms yet though, looks like sometime this week I will see blooms. Love Two and a half cats, very pretty! Women seeking Men looks good too. Too bad Morning Sky droops, I love the twirling blooms!

Kay, Morning Sky is not a new plant-forgot to mention that-just wanted to show the blooms. It is 3 years here-good foliage-good increase. Scapes come up, buds develop, then the scapes start to curl and bend and the buds bloom downward. You would never see the blooms unless you were lying on the ground! Here is a picture I took when the scapes began their curl.

Another great group and lots of lush looking foliage! My favorites are Hakuna Matata and Tall Dark Stranger. The first one is definitely not Not Named After My Wife Linda - NNAMWL is a red with a watermark; it's one I've heard of before and have thought of getting. But whatever it is, it's nice that it's pretty and is blooming so much for you!

Hakuna Matata is pretty. Too bad about Morning Sky. I guess the scapes are too short for the bloom size if you have to get on your knees to photograph it.

Thanks for that info, Laura. To be honest, I never checked it after it opened since I did not order it and as I said, not one I would have-too busy doing other things! I will go back to check with vendor to see what it is!!

That first one is mislabeled. Not Named After My Wife Linda is a red UF with a watermark. It's been on my wish list for awhile. My favorites are Hakuna Matata and Instant Celebration. Creature of the Night is usually beautiful. I think you will like that one!

I have to agree with you on Morning Sky. You have way better ones posted.....Even though it's a UF I've looked at Creature of the Night before and really liked it. The dark color with the stripe down the middle appeals to me. How are the scapes for you? So many UF's have wimpy scapes...............Maryl
