Won't putting base moulding over the "drainage panel" slow down or prevent exactly what the system was installed for?

I'd abrade the floor, then apply an epoxy floor finish over all. Paint the wall and done.

So Im wondering if there are some kind of molding system after this type of waterproofing since this isn’t uncommon system for basement. We got same system on our basement too, but basement will have sheetlock walls to hide all that So no problem. But we don’t know what to do on our patio.

We are planning to have patio floor and half wall painted...

If you hide the drainage panel in the basement with sheetrock, you will defeat the purpose of having it in the first place. Joseph gave you an excellent suggestion for the patio and basement.
